Quality Assurance

The last stop before a roll of fabric leaves our factory is our quality assurance inspections.

The product will be made into rolls of the ordered length and an operator will manually inspect the product under different and varied lighting conditions. No machinery can inspect and judge the products as good as the human eye and brain, therefore all of our quality assurance is done manually.

Finally we inspect the total width, the weight per square meter and the straightness of the fabric, and only when this has been rigorously checked and approved, will we be happy for the product to leave our factory.
